The quantitative equity SICAV “Digital Funds,” managed by IRIVEST Investment Managers, becomes “Chahine Funds.”

IRIVEST Investment Managers, formed from the merger of Chahine Capital and Dynasty AM last August, announces the name change of the SICAV Digital Funds to Chahine Funds, effective January 22nd, 2026.

The SICAV's sub-funds will also be renamed to reflect a harmonized brand identity and greater clarity of the offering. The new names will be as follows:

•    Digital Stars Europe becomes Chahine Funds - Equity Europe;

•    Digital Stars Continental Europe becomes Chahine Funds - Equity Continental Europe;

•    Digital Stars Eurozone becomes Chahine Funds - Equity Eurozone;

•    Digital Stars Europe Smaller Companies becomes Chahine Funds - Equity Europe Smaller Companies;

•    Digital Stars US Equities becomes Chahine Funds - Equity US.

A change of name, but the same DNA

This change only affects the name of the SICAV and its sub-funds. The management objectives, investment processes, and more generally the essential characteristics of the funds remain unchanged. This change is part of IRIVEST Investment Managers' desire to strengthen the consistency and visibility of its long-standing expertise in quantitative “Momentum” equity investment, developed since the SICAV was created in 1998.

Implementation procedures and documentation

As of January 22nd, 2026, the new name Chahine Funds and the new names of the sub-funds will come into effect in all IRIVEST Investment Managers' media and communication channels.

Investors and distribution partners will be able to find updated information in the regulatory and commercial documentation available on request or on our website www.irivest.com.

This name change does not require any specific action on the part of investors. The ISIN codes, subscription and redemption terms, management fees, and key characteristics of the sub-funds remain unchanged.
