IRIVEST Investment Managers was born from the merger between Chahine Capital and DYNASTY AM, previously sister companies within the IRIS Finance International Group.

European pioneer in Quantitative Momentum Management

Since 1998 and the creation of the Digital Funds SICAV, Chahine Capital has been the European pioneer in Quantitative Momentum Equity Management, whose strategies have delivered some of the best risk-adjusted performance in the industry, thanks to a resolutely active management approach based on continuous research and a systematic, disciplined and rigorous investment process.

Bond expertise and Management Company

Founded in 2014, DYNASTY AM manages DYNASTY SICAV, which invests primarily in Convertible Bonds and Corporate Credit, and also offers a bespoke management company service in Luxembourg. Its approach is characterised by non-benchmark-based investment founded on strong convictions, a bottom-up selection process and a conservative approach (delta of less than 40% for convertible bond portfolios), which has enabled its investors to benefit from a track record of very high-quality risk-adjusted performance.

A merger for growth

This merger aims to pool cross-functional capabilities while preserving the DNA that has made these two complementary areas of expertise so successful. As such, investment philosophies, teams and management tools will remain unchanged, while the company will have increased resources to continue investing and growing for the benefit of its clients.

The main objective of IRIVEST Investment Managers will remain the same as that of Chahine Capital and DYNASTY AM, which has been the key to their success: offering original and innovative investment solutions through active management, high-performance products and close customer relations.
